All pricing is shown in Australian dollars.
Payment
Payment Options Available
1. Direct Deposit (within Australia).
International Sales
International Sales require payment before goods are dispatched.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Australia Post and should arrive within 4 days for Australian orders and within 6-14 days for international orders.
If the product arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours and return the item within 7 - 14 days. A replacement order will then be sent immediately.
Refunds
Because your gift has been individually handcrafted, it may vary slightly from the image shown in the product catalogue. We are happy to exchange any goods that don’t meet your expectations. Just return the item to us, and we will refund your purchase or send a replacement.
